Auditing Union of Housing Co-operatives (ZRSMRP)

The Auditing Union of Housing Co-operatives (Związek Rewizyjny Spółdzielni Mieszkaniowych RP, ZRSMRP) is the national auditing and representative organisation for Poland's housing cooperative sector, formally registered in 1993, with roots going back to the 1992 Congress of Housing Cooperatives. According to its data, the union has several hundred member cooperatives, representing about 1 million individual members; its main functions include conducting statutory audits of housing cooperatives, representing members' interests before government and state authorities, and providing training and consultancy. It is a member of the International Co-operative Alliance.
