The Union of Legitimate Service Contracting Cooperatives (ULSCC) is the industry federation of Philippine labour-contracting cooperatives, founded in 2014, initially named the Federation of Labor Cooperatives before adopting its current name to distinguish itself from trade unions. It speaks for cooperatives engaged in service contracting, promoting legal compliance, education and professionalisation, and regularly convenes labour cooperative congresses. According to its data, it has about twenty member cooperatives, and is a member of both the International Cooperative Alliance and CICOPA.
