The Federation of Cooperatives of Pharmacists (OSFE) is Greece's national federation of pharmacists' cooperatives, formed to represent pharmacists' cooperatives in dealings with the government and pharmaceutical wholesalers. According to its website, it comprises about 25 cooperatives, representing thousands of pharmacist members and thousands of pharmacies. OSFE joined the International Co-operative Alliance (ICA) in November 2021 and is also a member of Cooperatives Europe.
