The U.S. Overseas Cooperative Development Council (OCDC), formally established in 1982 and headquartered in Washington, D.C., is a consortium of United States organisations engaged in international cooperative development. Its members include ACDI/VOCA, Global Communities, Land O'Lakes Venture37, NCBA CLUSA, NRECA International and the World Council of Credit Unions, among others, with activities spanning more than 70 countries, dedicated to advocating and advancing effective, sustainable international cooperative development. As an associate member of ICA Americas, OCDC represents the overseas development capacity of the US cooperative sector.
