The Federación de Cooperativas del Paraguay Limitada (FECOPAR), founded on 24 July 2007 and headquartered in Asunción, is registered as a second-tier cooperative union under Paraguay's Cooperatives Law No. 438. Its main functions are to represent affiliated cooperatives and to conduct sectoral advocacy and cooperative education, making it one of the national federations within Paraguay's cooperative movement.
