Emirates Community Empowerment (ECE) is an organisation in the United Arab Emirates positioned as a business incubator supporting the third sector, especially cooperatives, offering advisory services for the establishment and management of cooperatives and other third-sector entities through expertise in digital transformation, banking, and social and technological innovation. ECE became an associate member of the International Cooperative Alliance in May 2022, aiming to bring in knowledge and build connections with the international cooperative sector.
