Profile
The Department of Cooperative Business (DCB) is Fiji's government agency for cooperative affairs, under the ministry responsible for trade and cooperatives. It is responsible for formulating and implementing cooperative-related policy, undertaking the promotion, registration, supervision and monitoring of cooperatives, and providing training and capacity-building for cooperative members and managers, with improving livelihoods as a strategic priority. The department joined the International Cooperative Alliance in 2019.
