Cooperativa El Tumi

Cooperativa El Tumi, founded on 27 November 1975 and headquartered in Lima, Peru, received official recognition in 1976. Originally serving employees of the health sector, it later developed into a cooperative offering savings and credit services to public- and private-sector members, providing promotional, general and special-purpose loans, among other products. Its membership exceeds 70,000 and its operations extend across Peru's provinces.
