CONSTRUCTORA NACIONAL DE VIVIENDAS COOPERATIVAS LIMITADA (CONAVICOOP)

Constructora Nacional de Viviendas Cooperativas Limitada (CONAVICOOP) is a Chilean housing cooperative founded in December 1974 to address the nationwide housing shortage and the limited financing options available to low-income families. As one of the few remaining nationwide open housing cooperatives in Chile, CONAVICOOP has delivered more than 70,000 housing solutions over more than five decades, providing members with full support including savings planning, housing-subsidy applications and mortgage management, and is a representative body of Chile's cooperative housing movement and a member of ICA Americas.
