Co-operatives and Mutuals Canada (CMC)

Co-operatives and Mutuals Canada (CMC) is Canada's national, bilingual apex association for cooperatives and mutuals, founded in April 2014, representing cooperatives, credit unions and mutuals of all sizes and sectors across the country. CMC works to unite and grow the cooperative and mutual movement through advocacy, promotion and international representation, and speaks for the sector at the federal level. Its membership includes provincial associations, sectoral unions and grassroots cooperatives; it is the national apex organisation of the Canadian cooperative movement and a major member of ICA Americas.
