The Cooperative League of Thailand (CLT), established under the Cooperatives Act of 1968, is the national apex organisation of Thailand's cooperative movement. All cooperatives in Thailand automatically become its members, spanning national, provincial, primary and inter-provincial cooperatives; according to its data, its affiliated cooperatives number in the thousands, serving millions of households. CLT itself does not engage in for-profit business but focuses on promoting cooperative education and public outreach, making it Thailand's only organisation dedicated to promoting cooperative development, and a member of the International Cooperative Alliance.
