Centre for Cooperatives and Livelihoods – LBSNAA

The Centre for Cooperatives and Livelihoods (CCL) is affiliated with the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) — India's premier civil service training institution, located in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand — and was formerly known as the Centre for Cooperation and Rural Development (CCRD). As a non-profit body, the Centre mainly conducts capacity-building training, research and policy support in the field of cooperatives for civil servants, and works with institutions such as NAFED to promote the cooperative ecosystem and rural livelihoods development. It joined the International Cooperative Alliance (ICA) in 2021.
