Cooperative Bulk Handling Ltd. (CBH Group) is Australia's largest cooperative, founded in 1933 in Western Australia and owned by grain growers, with its head office in Perth. It operates the great majority of Western Australia's grain receival sites and is engaged in grain storage, transport, processing and marketing, owning more than a hundred receival points, four ports and its own rail fleet, making it one of Australia's largest grain exporters. According to its own figures it has approximately 3,500 grower members, operates on a one-member-one-vote basis, and ranks in the World Cooperative Monitor's Global 300.
