ASOCIACIÓN NACIONAL DE FONDOS DE EMPLEADOS (ANALFE)

The Asociación Nacional de Fondos de Empleados (ANALFE) is Colombia's sole national sectoral association dedicated specifically to representing "employee funds" (fondos de empleados), a form of solidarity-economy organisation, headquartered in Bogotá, with nationwide service through several regional offices. Its mission is to represent, advocate for and provide training and consultancy to employee funds, promoting the consolidation and development of this model. Employee funds are a mutual savings-and-credit organisational form unique to Colombia; there are about a thousand nationwide with more than a million members. ANALFE is a member organisation of ICA Americas.
